ACCESS Experience exists for one moment: the years between a drawing and a building, when a project is only as real as it looks. We make that moment unforgettable.
Every landmark is sold twice. Once in the imagination, once in the world. The first sale decides the second, and it is fought entirely with images, film and story. That is our arena. We bring cinema-grade craft and launch strategy into one team so a project speaks with one voice from the first render to the last booking.
Two studios under one roof. Access Realty is the design tank: photoreal CGI, cinematic film, AI and VR walkthroughs, brochures, hoardings and websites. Access Catalyst is the amplifier: positioning, launch campaigns, content engines and buyer acquisition. Most companies do one or the other. The power is in the handoff never existing.
The studio operates from Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, with work delivered across 30 plus clients and 60 plus projects in residential, commercial and open plot segments. Send the drawings; we handle the distance.

Kali turns concepts into visual experiences people cannot forget. Across high-profile projects he fuses imagination with technical precision, setting standards the industry follows. Every frame leaving the studio answers to him.
Co-founder · Strategy and Growth
Engineer from NIT, MBA from IIM Kozhikode, doctoral candidate in strategic management, with seven plus years across multinationals. He reads what buyers want before they say it, and builds the path that gets projects there.
