What is ACCESS Experience?
ACCESS Experience is India's real estate experience studio. We help developers, builders and real estate brands transform unbuilt projects into desirable destinations through visualization, storytelling, branding and launch strategy.
A real estate experience studio sits between architecture and marketing. Before a project exists physically, it exists as drawings, and the entire pre-launch sale happens through what buyers can see and feel. ACCESS Experience creates that layer: photoreal CGI, cinematic film, AI walkthroughs, brand identity and the launch campaigns that carry them to buyers.
The studio runs as two units working as one. Access Realty makes people see it: visualization, experience design and project presentation. Access Catalyst makes people want it: brand strategy, positioning, campaigns and buyer acquisition. Together they help developers sell the vision before the project exists.
Founded by Kali, who leads creative, and Saatwik, who leads strategy, ACCESS has delivered more than 60 projects for over 30 clients across residential, commercial and open plot segments, working from India's east coast for developers anywhere.
