Manifesto
We don't follow trends. We build the ones that other people scramble to catch up with.
— The Catalyst doctrine

What we amplify.

Strategy. Identity. Story. Always-on digital. The full brand stack — built to be felt.

01
Brand Strategy
Positioning, audience mapping, competitive landscape, naming, tone of voice. We don't just make brands look better — we make them think better. Strategy is the floor everything else stands on.
Positioning
02
Identity Systems
Logo, palette, typography, grid, motion principles, photography direction. A complete visual operating system — distinctive, scalable, and impossible to mistake for someone else.
Distinctive
03
Cinematic Story
Brand films, launch videos, social cuts, founders' stories, behind-the-scenes. We tell the story that no spec sheet can — the one that makes the audience care.
Identity-led
04
Always-on Digital
Social media management, content calendars, community, paid performance. Brand-first content delivered on a steady drumbeat — never the panicked Friday afternoon post.
Daily craft
05
PR & Public Voice
Press strategy, founder visibility, partnerships, event activations. We don't spray and pray — we place the right story with the right outlet at the right moment.
Earned media

How we amplify.

Four moves. In sequence. No skipping ahead. The brand is too important to wing it.

01

Decode & Position

Workshops, audits, audience research. We figure out what the brand really stands for — and what nobody else can claim.

02

Build the System

Identity, voice, motion, photography, content principles. A complete operating system that holds together across every channel.

03

Ship the Story

Launch films, campaign assets, social content, press kit. We don't deliver decks — we ship work the brand can use on Monday morning.

04

Run the Engine

Always-on social, performance, PR, partnerships. We stay on the brand — not as a vendor but as the in-house team it deserves.

Brands we've amplified.

Funday Creamery

/ Case 01 — Brand & Space

Funday hero · 21:9
"Where vibrant flavours meet striking branding."

An ice cream brand with one of the most striking logos in the city — and zero brand system to back it up. We built Funday from the ground up: name guidance, palette, type, packaging, store design, signage, and the social content engine.

Every scoop is a moment. The brand had to feel like the product — playful, vibrant, made-for-Instagram without being slick. We landed on a hand-drawn-meets-editorial system that scales from a stick popsicle wrapper to a 40-foot store hoarding.

Eight months in: organic followers up 4×, footfall up 3×, two new flavours co-developed with the brand team.

Sardar Empire

/ Case 02 — Real Estate Launch
Brand · Campaign · Brochure · Digital
Sardar Empire campaign · 21:9
"A premium tower needed a brand worthy of its address."

A residential high-rise launch in Visakhapatnam. The product was world-class; the marketing was about to feel local. We rewrote the brief: this wasn't an apartment, it was an address.

Catalyst built the campaign top-to-bottom — naming, identity, brochure, hoardings, OOH, the launch event, and a six-week always-on digital sequence. The work made the city take notice.

Result: 80% of inventory booked within ten weeks of launch, against an originally-planned six-month timeline.

AS Realty

/ Case 03 — Industrial Brand
Identity · ESG narrative · Digital
AS Realty rebrand · 21:9
"Industrial doesn't have to look industrial."

A future-ready industrial developer — building ESG-compliant warehouses — wanted to look as forward-thinking as the projects they were shipping. The existing brand looked like every other infra company in the country.

We pulled apart the visual language, simplified the mark, codified an editorial system, and rebuilt the digital presence. The new identity reads as a confident, modern infrastructure brand — and the ESG story finally has a voice that does the work justice.
