Where design meets everyday life.
Design isn't just about how a space looks. It's about how it feels at 7am, how it adapts to a Sunday afternoon, how it holds a family over a decade. We don't design rooms — we design environments.
At Living, every project begins with a question we never stop asking: how will this space live? The answer reshapes everything that follows — the materials we source, the light we sculpt, the proportions we draw, the joinery we commission.
Our work is quiet, considered, and personal. We resist trends. We resist gestures. We build interiors that feel inevitable — as if the room could have only ever been this.
We source from artisans we trust. The wrong material is a compromise we won't accept — every finish, every joint, every seam matters because you'll touch them every day.
A timeline is a promise. We plan with discipline, anticipate the friction, and deliver the project as agreed. No moving goalposts, no excuses.
Interiors that last a decade — not a season. We build with materials and details that age gracefully, choosing longevity over novelty at every decision.
From a single room to a complete fit-out. Residential and commercial. Every scale, the same craft.
End-to-end design and execution for homes — apartments, villas, penthouses. From layout to furniture, from lighting to wall finishes. We deliver the whole space, signed-off and styled.
Offices, lounges, hospitality, retail. Spaces that perform — for the people who work in them and for the brands they hold. Considered, branded, built to last.
Bespoke modular systems engineered for daily use. Every drawer, every shelf, every hinge specified. German hardware, Indian craftsmanship.
The right stone, the right wood, the right textile. We curate materials from across the country (and abroad) to match the project's tone — not a catalogue.
Pieces built for the space. Beds, dining tables, consoles, vanities — designed in-studio, made by craftsmen we've worked with for years.
We don't draw and disappear. Our team is on-site through execution — coordinating contractors, vendors and timelines so the work matches the design.
We sit with you, walk the space, and listen. Lifestyle, routines, ambitions, sensitivities — the brief lives in the conversation, not in a form.
Mood-boards, plans, sections, 3D walkthroughs. Two structured review rounds keep the design tight and aligned without dragging momentum.
Every joint, every junction, every fitting drawn and specified. Tender documents, vendor briefs, BOQ — the blueprint that lets us build to the design exactly.
We project-manage on-site through completion. Daily progress, weekly check-ins, transparent invoicing. Hand-over comes with a styled, photographed, ready-to-live-in space.
A closer look at three Living projects — from brief through completion.
A young family of four wanted a home that felt calm — not minimal, but quiet. We built around natural oak, soft plaster, and recessed lighting that the children couldn't reach.
Every storage element is custom — the floor-to-ceiling joinery in the living room, the bench under the dining nook, the boys' bunks. The kitchen runs on German hardware with Indian-cut stone tops we sourced from a quarry in Rajasthan.
A creative agency wanted a workspace that felt like a home, not an office. We took out the cubicles, brought in real plants, and built a 14-foot communal table from a single Burma teak slab.
Lighting is layered — high-CRI work lights at every desk, warm pendants over the table, indirect cove lighting that comes on as the sun sets. The brand colour appears only in three carefully-chosen places.
A penthouse with double-height ceilings and a 360° city view needed restraint, not maximalism. We let the architecture lead — picking finishes that disappear into the bones of the space.
Italian marble flooring runs continuous from the living room out onto the wraparound terrace. The kitchen is hidden behind a folding fluted-glass partition. The art is the city itself.
